This policy explains what Hoseworks collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the Hoseworks marketing site and product. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

Account & business data you provide: your name, email, business details, and the customer, property, and job records you create in the product.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages and features are used, to improve the product.
Contact requests: information you submit through our contact or demo forms.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, respond to your requests, process payments, and send service communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, our database provider, Stripe for payments, and messaging/email providers) under agreements that limit them to processing data on our behalf.

Data you control

The customer and business data you enter is yours. You can export it, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data. Tenant isolation keeps your data separate from other businesses on the platform (see our security page).

Your choices

You can opt out of non-essential analytics, unsubscribe from marketing email, and stop text messages by replying STOP (see SMS terms). To exercise any privacy right, contact us.
